Taste of Hollywood

Yamashiro x Sourtooth will be participating in the Taste of Hollywood Food Festival (free to the public, items available for purchase from $8) located in the Hollywood & Highland courtyard Saturday September 28th from 3:00pm – 7:30pm. Guests can expect a sneak peak of the highly anticipated launch of Sourtooth x Yamashiro, as well as sushi items from renowned chef Joji Inoue.

Los Angeles’s first non-alcoholic bar! A revolutionary new non-alcoholic bar is set to open in Yamashiro in October. The pop-up will run for a full month and is free to the public, reservations recommended through Resy.com The entire cocktail bar experience will be based on the Pinnacle Points line of modern shrubs and mixers, including craft mimosas, gin & tonic cocktails, and Japanese inspired beverages including the Japanese Tea Ceremony, featuring ceremonial-grade matcha and yuzu soda. Adam Fleischman’s accompanying food menu, dubber MeatTooth, will feature plant-based comfort food such as a net level “chick’n” sandwich and purple Japanese sweet potato balls. The menu and cocktails will range from $8 – $14. Sourtooth will be open daily from 5pm-11pm.

With the help of renowned chef Joji Inoue, Yamashiro has made the switch over to using organic rice and organic vegetables. Organic practices help to prevent contaminants from pesticides from spreading in soils and groundwaters, assisting in maintaining the proper balance of minerals and nutrients in the soil to continue traditional farming practices for future generations
