Apple Oatmeal

3⁄4 cup per serving.
Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 2 minutes
Ingredients
13⁄4 cups 100% apple juice
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 large apple, cored and cut into bite-size chunks
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1⁄8 teaspoon salt (optional)
Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium, microwave safe bowl.
  2. Place in microwave uncovered and cook on high for about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir and let cool for
    1 minute before serving.
